Q. Is it okay if I use it for the first time?
A. Yes, don't worry. We provide a setup manual that is easy to understand even for first-timers, and we also provide comprehensive support. We will carefully explain the key points and precautions for setup, so even if you are new to camping or the outdoors, there will be no problem.
Q. Where can I use it?
A. You can use it anywhere that fire is permitted, such as riverbanks, campsites, your own backyard, etc. For a more authentic experience, you can use it in an environment with a cold water bath nearby (such as a river or lake).
Q. How many people can enter?
A. It depends on the size of the sauna tent, but the standard set can comfortably accommodate approximately 2-4 people. Group use is also possible, so please let us know the number of people in advance.
Q. Are firewood and fire starters included?
A. It is not included in the basic plan. As an option, we offer a "firewood set" that includes dried firewood, fire starters, gloves, fire tongs, etc. If you would like this, please let us know when you make your reservation.
Q. What is the size and weight of the package being sent?
A. A complete set including a tent and stove will usually be delivered in two packages (e.g. tent storage bag approximately 20kg / stove case approximately 15kg). It is convenient to have a cart or truck for transportation.
Q. How long does it take to set up?
A. As a guideline, it takes about 30 to 45 minutes to set up. The necessary items for setup, such as pegs, a hammer, and gloves, are included in the set, and it is relatively easy if you follow the instructions.
Q. Please tell me about delivery and return methods.
A. We will deliver the item to your specified address, and after use, you can return it in the same box (a cash-on-delivery slip will be enclosed). The return date is generally the day after the final day of use.
Q. What happens if it rains?
A. The tent sauna is waterproof and can be used even in rainy weather. However, if you have any concerns about safety or the setup environment, we are happy to discuss cancellation or rescheduling.
Q. Are there any safety precautions?
A. A carbon monoxide detector is installed as standard equipment to ensure safety. However, please be aware that open flames and high temperatures are involved, so please be careful when using the appliance with children and to avoid burns.
Q. How do I pay?
A. We accept credit cards.
Q. Are there any cancellation fees?
A. Cancellations are free up to three days before the date of use. After that, a cancellation fee will be charged. We are flexible in dealing with circumstances such as weather, so please feel free to contact us.
Q. Are there any areas where it is not available?
A. Delivery may not be available in areas where courier services are not available, such as remote islands and some mountainous areas. If you are unsure about the delivery address, please feel free to contact us in advance.
